Our uncured/nitrate free ham, in ham-steak form.  Fry it up and serve as is or dice it for scrambles, soups, salads and more.

We took a few hogs to a specialty processor in east PA for some wonderful "uncured" products, including bacon, ham and charcuterie.  The simple, clean ingredients are the perfect compliment to our organic fed, pasture raised pork.  No added nitrates or chemical preservatives.
