Sprinkle with salt then pop this in the oven, crock pot, pressure cooker or soup pot! Cook once and eat all week long: we enjoy roast chicken with sides one night, then pull off remaining meat for a couple more nights of tacos, salads, stir fries and casseroles. The bones go back in the pot covered with water for a nourishing broth!
