Like a lean cross between bacon and ham, Canadian Bacon comes from the same place our boneless pork chops do--but taste more like bacon.  Amazing on pizza, toast, breakfast sandwiches and right out of the pan.

We took a few hogs to a specialty processor in east PA for some wonderful "uncured" products, including bacon, ham and charcuterie.  The simple, clean ingredients are the perfect compliment to our organic fed, pasture raised pork.  No added nitrates or chemical preservatives.
