Versatile sirloin steaks from grass fed, grass finished beef.
Currently sirloin steak in stock is thin cut for a quick minute steak. This time the butcher cut them rather small, and packaged them mostly one to a pack for an average pack size of just 1/3 lb! Use them as steaks or slice them for delicious stir fry or fajita meat.
Tender and lean, top sirloin is great on the grill or pan seared (we like to "reverse sear", starting in the oven and finishing on the stove) for a quick dinner. Or, slice thinly for a fantastic stroganoff.
