One racks of lamb ribs (also known as "Riblets") from the 100% grassfed, grass finished lambs raised on our organically managed pasture.

Lamb ribs are the lamb equivalent of pork spare ribs. They are the extension of the rib bones in the rack and have a flavorful layer of meat and fat connecting the bones.

Lamb ribs require a low and slow cook to make sure the meat becomes nice and tender. We recommend roasting them in the oven wrapped in foil, cooking them in a smoker, or braising them in an instant pot or slow cooker. After the meat is fully cooked, get them nice and crispy on the grill or under the broiler. Because lamb meat is so rich, these ribs are best with a strong and spicy sauce. Once you’ve tried lamb ribs you won’t be able to go back!
