Pepperoni Salame is essentially an American version of salame. The first known mention of pepperoni occurred in 1919, in New York City. Made from cured pork, seasoned with Paprika, Smoked Hot Paprika and Calabrian Chili. Characteristically soft, slightly smoked and bright red color.
Perfect for pizza topping.


This is spicier and smokier than the pepperoni we're used to, and is Kelsey's favorite.

Extremely special!  This charcuterie was made for us by a speciality processor in the eastern part of the state, using the cleanest ingredients and traditional techniques with our organic fed, pasture raised pork.  Quantities are limited.
