Lonza also similar to Prosciutto in taste and texture, a gourmet delicacy typical of the Marche region which is located in the central area of the country, it is traditionally made from the very lean and tender upper part of the back of pigs slaughtered during the fall and winter seasons in Italy.

Lonza is a cured pork loin, very lean, seasoned lightly with white pepper. Black Pepper Lonza is our signature Lonza.  A cured pork loin crusted with an added crust of black pepper for a little kick. 

The kick is barely noticeable, but the overall flavor is sublime,

Extremely special!  This charcuterie was made for us by a speciality processor in the eastern part of the state, using the cleanest ingredients and traditional techniques with our organic fed, pasture raised pork.  Quantities are limited.
