3/4 inch thick bone in lamb leg steaks.  These are a real treat on the grill!

One Boneless Leg from our 100% grass fed, grass finished sheep. This leg is from a slightly older animal than leg of lamb and is ideal for any slow cooker lamb leg recipe, or to cut into stew meat.

Looking for an easy roast or braise that is full of flavor and sustainably raised? Our 100% grass fed boneless leg of sheep is the perfect choice!

This boneless leg has not been rolled or tied, leaving a large boneless piece of relatively lean meat which makes it perfect for braising or slow roasting to pull apart.

We recommend cooking this cut low and slow to allow the muscles time to become nice and tender. You can braise leg of lamb with tomatoes or stock, or just roast it in a low oven until it becomes pull-apart tender. Either way, make sure the internal temperature is above 185° when you pull the lamb out for best results.
