Half Hog Bundle (Uncured)

This bundle contains all of the cuts of our standard half hog, including bacon, ham steaks, ribs, boneless and bone-in pork chops, shoulder roasts, tenderloin, a few types of sausage, lard and more.  Total weight is 68+ lbs.

(Pork products that are cured without using synthetic nitrates are labeled as "uncured" despite containing a natural cure.  These products are cured with salt and sugar, and may contain the nitrates that are naturally occurring in products like celery juice.)
