Half Hog Bundle

Buying this Half Hog bundle is the most economical way to stock your freezer with a full variety of organic fed, pasture raised pork

Contains all of the cuts of our standard hog cut, including bacon, ham and sausage. 

Final price is per pound of meat you receive, based on the variety listed below.  

Average total bundle weight is 60-75 lbs.

3 packs of (2) boneless chops

3 packs of (2) bone in chops

1 Loin Roast

2 Shoulder Roasts

1 Tenderloin

3 packs of Boneless Country Ribs

3 packs of Ground Pork

15 pounds of sausage (pick between sage, mild Italian, hot Italian and unseasoned)

1 rack of baby back or St Louis style ribs

6 packs of bacon

1 pack of smoked ham hock

1 pack of cross cut hock

3-4 quarter or two half hams

5 pounds of fat for lard

Leave your sausage and ham selection in the order comments (mix and match is fine), along with any other preferences you have (larger or smaller roasts, hams, chops, etc.). We will do our best to accommodate!  Package size preference will affect total weight and therefore cost.

Want a whole hog?  Order two.  With purchase of a whole hog, you can substitute some ham for ground/sausage.  

A half hog bundle should fit in about 2-3 cubic feet of freezer space. Please note: at this bulk price, I can only accept cash or check.  CC will incur 3% fee.
