Description from our processor:

Coppa, a dry cured capicolla, is a boneless pork shoulder that is hand rubbed with spices and dry cured for months. Coppa is similar in texture to Prosciutto and should be sliced as thinly as possible to capture its true tenderness. 

It has a rich earthy flavor that will melt your taste buds. 

Coppa is seasoned with nutmeg, salt, garlic & white wine, with a little black pepper.


Packs average 4-5oz each

Extremely special!  This charcuterie was made for us by a speciality processor in the eastern part of the state, using the cleanest ingredients and traditional techniques with our organic fed, pasture raised pork.  Quantities are limited.
