1/2 Beef Bundle

The ultimate in beef value and convenience, this half beef bundle is a set amount of meat (150lbs+) already cut and ready for you.  No pricing or weight unknowns, no cutting decisions to make!

Each bundle contains at least 150 lbs of grass fed, grass finished beef, made up of approximately:

(20-25) Premium Steaks including
    -Bone-in Ribeye
    -Delmonico
    -NY Strip
    -Filet
    -T-Bone
    -Porterhouse
(4) Other steaks which might include sirloin, skirt, flank, hanger
(10-12) Roasts which might include chuck, eye of round, rump, sirloin tip, brisket, English, etc.
(16) lbs of Stew Beef, Stir Fry meat, Chip Steak and/or Burger Patties 
(75) lbs Ground Beef
(2-4) packs of Bone-In Short Ribs
(2) bag of bones

150lbs of beef will fit in 5-7 cubic feet of freezer space.
