1/2 Beef Bundle

The ultimate in beef value and convenience, this half beef bundle is a set amount of meat (150lbs+) already cut and ready for you.  No pricing or weight unknowns, no cutting decisions to make.

Each bundle contains 150 lbs of grass fed, grass finished beef, made up of approximately:

(20-25) Premium Steaks which might include Bone-in Ribeye, Delmonico, NY Strip, Filet, T-Bone, Porterhouse, Sirloin (usually two steaks to a pack)
(4) Other steaks which might include sirloin, skirt, flank, hanger
(10-12) Roasts which might include Chuck, English, Eye of Round, Rump, Sirloin Tip, Brisket, Cheek, etc.
(16) lbs of Stew Beef, Stir Fry meat, Chip Steak and/or Burger Patties, Hot Dogs
(75) lbs Ground Beef
(2-4) packs of Bone-In Short Ribs, Cross Cut Shank and/or Oxtail

You can add organs and more to your order separately, as available.

150lbs of beef requires a minimum 7 cubic feet of freezer space.
