This sampler pack is perfect if you are considering buying a whole or half hog but want to try the pork first; if you have bought a hog and want to sample some different cuts before you make your cutting instructions; or if you just want to put some great pork in your freezer!

Contains:

• 1 pack bacon
• 1 pack jowl bacon
• 1 pack shoulder bacon
• 1 pack ground pork
• 1 pack pork chops
• 1 pack boneless pork chops
• 1 pork shoulder roast
• 4 packs of sausage 
• 
  
• Consider adding a couple packs of our ground pork fat to render into lard, some smoked hocks, or a luscious loin roast.
